Job summary

ARI Apartment Management seeks a Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC to maintain communities, respond to service requests, and prepare vacant units for market readiness.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs while representing the company professionally and ensuring resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-call are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school a plus.
• 3+ years of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• CPO preferred, or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work on-call rotations, afterhours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
• Represent ARI Apartment Management professionally and communicate effectively with residents and vendors.
• Work on-call rotations and assist with market-ready apartment turnovers.
