Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician for our Winston-Salem, NC community. The role involves performing diverse maintenance tasks to preserve property value and respond to resident requests, including after-hours emergencies on an on-call rotation.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of general maintenance experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A CPO is preferred or obtainable within 60 days, and a valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and prepare market-ready vacant apartments.
