Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC to perform maintenance tasks and enhance property value. You will handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status while upholding professional customer service standards.

On-call availability is required, and a valid driver's license with insurance is expected. The role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities to obtain additional certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 0-2 years general maintenance experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting).
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value.
• Handle service requests from residents and prepare vacants for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• On-call after hours emergency responses.
