Job summary

RR Living in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform make-ready maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical tasks, and assist with carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, expediting tenants’ needs, and maintaining safety and quality across the multifamily community. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of general apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO, HVAC/EPA certifications and OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related systems.
• Perform pool, carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance duties as needed.
• Repair doors, locks, drywall, and light fixtures; replace bulbs and filters.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and respond to service requests.
