Qualifications

• CPO preferred or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Work on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform various community maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value.
• Handle service requests for residents and prepare vacants for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner, including after-hours emergencies.
