Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc).
• CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Perform diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs.
• Represent ARI Apartment Management professionally and communicate effectively with residents and vendors, including after-hours on-call rotations.
