Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation and serve as the safety champion at the Kalispell site. You will combine hands-on safety management with strategic planning to protect associates while ensuring operational excellence.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead audits, and manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data and implement practical solutions.
• Manage our first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Perform site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
