Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation at the Belgrade, MT site and surrounding locations. You’ll drive safety culture, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with Operations leadership to protect associates while ensuring productivity.

Responsibilities include data analysis, site audits, and managing first aid and emergency response programs. Travel 50-70% and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety culture improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement solutions.
• Perform site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
