Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation across sites, blending hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while driving operational excellence.

You will partner with Operations leadership, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead audits, and manage first aid and emergency response capabilities, turning data into action and fostering a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation across sites and partner with Operations leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Lead site audits, incident trend analysis, and manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
