Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 3+ years WHS/environmental experience in manufacturing, production or service operations
• 3+ years people/performance management experience or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience

Aufgaben

• Lead safety program implementation across sites and act as safety champion
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements
• Lead site audits, investigate incidents, and track trends to target improvements
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations
• Travel 50–70% of the time and support multiple shifts
