Job summary

Staci Americas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage shift activities at four sites from Suwanee, GA. You will drive efficiency, safety, and on-time fulfillment across multiple warehouses.

Requires 3-5 years in warehousing with strong leadership and inventory-control know-how. You will supervise schedules, train hourly staff, and ensure equipment maintenance and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine space requirements and ensure inventory is properly stored and relocated.
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates for productive operation.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean work environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on safe operation of equipment and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
