Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related warehousing experience or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift warehouse activities to maximize productivity
• Determine space requirements and ensure proper inventory storage
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained equipment and environment
• Plan staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs
• Train staff on equipment operation and safety practices
• Coach and evaluate warehouse staff and manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads
