Job summary

Corewell Health seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio on the Dearborn Hospital campus, overseeing General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, and affiliated specialty practices with a focus on patient care, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate has healthcare leadership experience across multiple sites, strong operational and financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to partner with providers, staff, and APPs to ensure efficient

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or related area.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or related area.
• Prior healthcare leadership experience with direct oversight of multiple practice locations.
• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare, medical practice or related work experience.
• One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of team members within practice(s) and ensures optimal patient flow and satisfaction in collaboration with the dyad partner.
• Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, staff and director in daily operations.
• Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
• Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence
