Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a related setting.
• Open to hospitality/retail management experience as transferable background.
• Working knowledge of healthcare business office processes and insurance operations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver high-quality patient care and service.
• Create an engaging work environment aligned with company values.
• Manage budgets and KPIs to meet financial targets.
• Develop annual center vision and goals; coordinate with regional leadership.
• Schedule administrative and clinical staff; ensure regulatory compliance and inventory levels.
