Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, health care administration or related area.
• 5 years of relevant health care/medical practice experience.
• 3 years in a leadership role with track record of achieving targets and strategic development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train practice teams across multiple sites to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure patient flow optimization and satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and payroll processes for the practice.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain staff; monitor performance and provide coaching.
