Job summary

Corewell Health Care Center Dearborn seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a complex portfolio of surgical and specialty practices on the Dearborn Hospital campus. You will partner with providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient care, operational excellence and sustainable growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or related area.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare teams with direct oversight of multiple practice locations.
• Three years of healthcare/medical practice or related work experience.
• One year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of team members within practice(s) and ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction in collaboration with the dyad partner.
• Train team members and serve as a liaison between providers, staff and director in daily operations.
• Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
• Manage team member performance and development and ensure policy adherence.
