Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee a diverse municipal and client-facing portfolio across Southern California.

This role will manage approximately 100 employees and a fleet of around 30 vehicles while coordinating multiple client sites and contracts. You will lead site leaders, ensure operational excellence, and maintain high-quality client service in a fast-paced security environment with regular travel and after-hours

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations, security or municipal service contracts.
• Strong background leading dispersed teams across locations.
• Experience managing client-facing operations and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support approximately 100 employees across multiple locations.
• Manage site leaders, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and community partners.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
