Job summary

The role includes supervising security personnel across northern Los Angeles County and surrounding communities, with regular site visits and strong administration support. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, timekeeping, payroll, and reporting, while ensuring contract requirements and Inter-Con procedures are met.

Qualifications

• Three years of security management experience within the last five years on a contract of similar size and scope.
• Strong client service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard business software and ability to learn scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting systems.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the service area and conduct weekly site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security service delivery across assigned locations.
• Serve as a liaison with Client Security personnel and address service concerns.
• Supervise supervisors and officers, coach performance, and coordinate personnel matters.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and coverage to maintain service levels.
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy and provide payroll support.
• Conduct weekly site visits to assess service quality and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and personnel documentation.
• Support contract compliance and reporting with Contract Manager.
