Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in contract or account management.
• Experience leading supervisors across multiple sites.

• Ability to translate contract requirements into clear operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day post-award contract operations across multiple locations.
• Translate contract requirements into operating plans, schedules, and standards.
• Lead hourly supervisors and provide direction to personnel.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, and deployment to ensure coverage.
• Conduct site visits and drive corrective action to closure.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, HR, and ER support.
• Oversee licensing, training, firearms, background checks, and site requirements.
• Review contract records, incident reports, and staffing data for compliance.
• Manage escalations and incidents with timely notification and investigation.
• Track labor utilization, overtime, invoicing inputs, and cost drivers.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions; support transitions.
