Job summary

You will supervise security activities, assist with contract administration, scheduling, training coordination, budgeting, and procurement, and coordinate with the 24/7 Security Operations Center.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of security experience and at least 2 years in a shift supervision role, with strong leadership, staffing, and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of security experience and 2+ years in a shift supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and ensure compliance with licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations of the security team at the location.
• Own relationship with the site and coordinate with the 24/7 Security Operations Center.
• Schedule personnel to support site operations and communicate staffing needs.
• Assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing, and hiring security candidates.
• Develop staff through technical and professional training and track training.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide input for reviews and evaluations.
• Review post orders and administer site safety programs and reporting.
