Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years security or related experiences.
• Minimum 2 years Shift Supervisor Level or comparable status.

Responsibilities

• Meets requirements of all subordinate security positions.
• Owns relationship with location.
• Activities directly affect customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of location, including certifications and licensing mandates.
• Schedules personnel to support site operations.
• Effectively communicates staffing needs to main office.
• Assists recruiters in identifying, interviewing, and hiring quality security candidates.
• Develops staff in both technical and professional skills and tracks training.
• Evaluates security staff performance and competency with feedback.
• Reviews post orders and suggests improvements, including site safety program administration.
• Ensures accurate and timely administrative reporting.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices in the security industry.
