The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of property management experience. Key responsibilities include budget management and fostering community engagement among residents.

This role offers a competitive range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in creating a sense of community within a residential setting.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans for the property.
• Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall living experience.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure a well-maintained environment.
