Job summary

Blue Castle Agency seeks a hands-on Property Manager to run day-to-day operations across several Boston sites. You will manage resident relations, leasing performance, and vendor contracts while collaborating with leadership on staffing and budgets.

This on-site role requires 3–5+ years in property management, knowledge of Yardi Voyager and RentCafe, and a service-minded approach to keep properties well-maintained and resident-focused.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience in market-rate multifamily portfolios.
• Comfort managing a scattered-site portfolio across multiple properties.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors, and ownership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of scattered-site buildings in Boston.
• Manage resident relations from move-in to lease renewal and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive occupancy and leasing performance with on-site staff.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee maintenance contracts.
• Track work orders and ensure timely unit turns and rent collection.
• Represent ownership in dealings with residents, vendors, and officials.
• Contribute to staffing and budget decisions as part of leadership.
