Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or applicable residential construction.
• Experience with Affordable Housing projects is desired.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
• Passive House professional certification is desired.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and convey information.

Responsibilities

• Determine project constructability and issue RFIs.
• Assist in identifying and monitoring construction risks.
• Draft project schedules and manage all documentation.
• Oversee procurement and negotiation of contracts.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers.
