Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or applicable residential construction.
• Experience with Affordable Housing projects is desired.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Passive House professional certification (Phius Certified Builder - CPHB) is desired.
• Familiarity with state and local agency policies and procedures.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and convey this information.

Responsibilities

• Determine project constructability by reviewing the Contract Documents.
• Assist in identifying potential construction risk during project phases.
• Draft project schedules identifying applicable activities.
• Manage all project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and permitting.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
