Qualifications

Familiarity with state and local agency policies and procedures.
Ability to read plans, specifications, and convey this information.
Responsibilities
Determine project constructability by reviewing the Contract Documents.
Assist in identifying potential construction risk during project phases.
Manage all project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and permitting.
Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
