Job summary

The Procopio Companies + Bria is seeking a Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include supervising crews, maintaining schedules, managing project budgets, and ensuring safety practices. Candidates must have an active Massachusetts CSL, OSHA certifications, and at least 15 years of construction experience, with 8 years in supervision of residential multi-family projects. Proficiency in Microsoft tools is required, and familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active unrestricted Massachusetts CSL.
• Must have OSHA-10; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years construction industry experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of project supervision experience in residential multi-family construction of projects with 50+ units.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and budgets from $10m and up.
• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential multi-family construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, directs, and supervises all construction activities.
• Directs field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule.
• Maintains construction schedule and solves problems.
• Orders materials and schedules necessary inspections.
• Promotes job site safety and rectifies hazards.
• Maintains an organized job site construction office.
