West Henderson Hospital seeks an experienced leader to coordinate quality, regulatory, and risk management across multiple facilities within The Valley Health System. You will oversee the grievance program and drive patient safety initiatives to improve outcomes in a complex hospital network.

The role requires at least two years of QA/PI and management experience, plus clinical hospital exposure, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years QA or PI experience, and two (2) years progressive management experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a hospital setting with a minimum of one (1) year in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a liaison for multi-site/facility coordination and oversight of the quality, regulatory, and risk management functions, processes and programs.
• Responsible for facilitating activities related to the improvement of quality metrics, processes and outcomes, has oversight for grievance program and is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities among multiple facilities/sites.
