Job summary

Valley Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety Administrator to provide operational leadership for quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, and clinical compliance across the system.

Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer and Risk Manager, this role supports program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to promote safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while reducing organizational risk.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and quality reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate patient safety events, RCAs, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with Risk Manager on investigations and mitigation strategies.
• Support regulatory readiness and documentation for ACO/FTCA requirements.
