Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years clinical experience or risk management experience required.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• CPHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Risk Management in leading the hospital’s Patient Safety-Risk Management Program.
• Develop and monitor risk management processes and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
