Qualificações

• Requires degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• 2–5 years of clinical leadership, quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, or related coordination preferred
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EHRs and quality reporting platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary service
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and coordinate QI projects
• Develop and evaluate quality improvement plans and monitor KPIs
• Coordinate investigation and review of patient safety events and RCAs
• Maintain incident reporting systems and monitor corrective action plans
• Support regulatory readiness and documentation for HRSA FTCA and other reviews
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical leaders, operations and compliance
