Responsibilities

• Oversee 15 buildings across 5 locations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operations of properties and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleaning and upkeep, addressing maintenance promptly and cost-effectively.
• Utilize mechanical skills to address equipment and facility needs.
• Work with Leasing Agents to fill vacancies per procedures.
• Contribute to budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Support a rapidly growing company with proactive initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for budgeting and data tracking.
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and cooperative team environment.
• Leverage industry experience to optimize property performance.
