Qualifications

• Lease-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and budgeting.
• Enforce lease terms and build relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Inspect properties and ensure standards for maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate annual operating and capital budgets and monitor expenditures.
