Levco Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead on-site teams across a portfolio. You will drive financial performance, oversee leasing and maintenance, and coordinate capital projects with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of multifamily property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi. Travel across a portfolio and a valid driver's license are required. Levco offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Frequent travel between properties; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for on-site personnel.
• Manage financial goals and operating assets per policies.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents, late fees, and charges are collected timely.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and insurance certificates.
• Oversee capital projects and property renovations.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Maintain professional representation of the company.
