Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing required; 300+ unit property or mixed-use preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, or RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Maintenance and vendors to ensure high-quality service resolutions.
• Hire, train, and lead on-site teams; foster accountability and growth.
