Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP designations are a plus.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance: NOI and occupancy goals.
• Provide timely reports to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and vendors for high-quality service.
• Lead and develop the on-site team to drive resident satisfaction and renewals.
