Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry is required (Affordable Housing experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, RMP certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own your property’s financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and experience.
• Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Partner with maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt, high-quality service resolution.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive resident renewals and deliver an exceptional living experience.
