Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to maximize NOI and occupancy while leading an on-site team. You’ll develop marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and report data to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include enforcing standards, supervising vendors, maintaining safety/compliance, and ensuring excellent resident service. Strong math, leadership, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred.
• Experience: at least one year as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of resident management software: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy levels.
• Develop marketing plans and pricing strategies based on market conditions.
• Prepare and render all requested operational and financial data to Regional Manager.
• Lead and train on-site team; enforce standards and empower staff.
• Direct policies and procedures in company manuals.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure property is fully operational and safe.
• Schedule vendors to keep vacant units ready for occupancy.
• Visually inspect grounds, buildings and apartments; analyze market surveys.
