Qualifications

• Two years of residential property management experience is required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and move-ins.
• Proficient with on-site resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle duties for two or more apartment communities.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process rental applications.
• Process maintenance work orders and collect past due balances.
• Maintain resident files and move-in readiness to Trinity standards.
