Essex Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, ensuring high standards of repair and preventive maintenance across the community. You will manage budgets, coordinate with staff and vendors, and ensure regulatory safety compliance while maintaining a superior living environment for residents.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of building systems, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Formación

• 3+ years in property management or related field; HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring quality.
• Manage personnel lifecycle: hiring, development, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Provide on-the-job training and maintain knowledge of property systems and procedures.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
