Job summary

Essex Property Trust, Inc. in Woodland Hills is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will lead a team of technicians, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

You will also manage budgets, coordinate with contractors, respond to work orders, and enforce safety standards (OSHA). The role may require after-hours on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or related field.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations for residential housing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedule for all systems.
• Address residents' work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs or large projects.
• Monitor maintenance budget and forecast with property leadership.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems.
