Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24–48 hours, performing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires the ability to work in outdoor conditions, flexible hours including weekends, and a focus on cost-conscious maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled.
• Works in frequent exposure to outside elements and variable weather.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Repairs instead of replacing parts when possible to control costs and reduce waste.
• Tracks inventory and uses tools correctly, notifying supervisor of reorders.
• Documents service requests promptly for proper recording and tracking.
• May inspect contractor work to ensure quality, scope, and safety standards.
• Supports safety by attending meetings and following OSHA-related requirements.
