Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA knowledge encouraged.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Inspect work for quality; enforce safety and code compliance.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with budget planning.
