Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Manager, Regional Operations to lead a portfolio of student housing communities across a region. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and asset performance while coaching onsite leaders and aligning with Core Spaces' culture.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and development of portfolio goals, with travel about 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 7 years in progressive property management with leadership.
• Experience overseeing multi-site portfolios and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of student housing communities.
• Develop and oversee portfolio business plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide strategic leadership to Community/Area Managers.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and revenue optimization with internal partners.
• Partner with university and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
• Oversee acquisitions, transitions, and new development openings.
• Conduct property visits to assess performance and asset condition.
