Job summary

FourSite Property Management seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will translate portfolio data into strategy, own budgets and NOI, and mentor property teams across sites.

Success hinges on strong financial acumen, field leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and portfolio growth. This role requires heavy collaboration with senior leadership, accounting, asset management, and ownership partners, plus readiness to travel as needed to

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in multifamily property management with regional leadership.
• Proven budgets, forecasts, and NOI performance experience.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, GL, balance sheets, and metrics.
• Ability to recruit, lead, and develop teams.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational performance of the portfolio; manage revenue and expenses.
• Lead annual budgets and capital planning with property teams and leadership.
• Review financials, variances, and forecasts; drive corrective actions.
• Develop property-level action plans with owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident experience; act on variances.
• Provide regular reporting on performance drivers and opportunities.
