Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking an on-site Community Manager to lead a residential community. You will drive performance across leasing, operations, and resident services while maintaining an outstanding living experience for residents and families.

This role requires strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to partner with university representatives, vendors, and the corporate team to achieve occupancy and service goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, preferably in student housing or multifamily.
• Proven leadership in creating high-performing on-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team across leasing, operations, resident experience.
• Own the property budget, forecast, and overall financial performance.
• Drive occupancy, retention, and leasing performance.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor management, and safety compliance.
• Develop resident engagement and university relations initiatives.
