Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial lots and garages, ensuring financial, operational, safety, and service excellence across locations. You will monitor payroll, revenue, and expenses while aligning staffing with client standards.

This role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and the ability to forecast needs, coach teams, and maximize client value in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational metrics for multiple locations.
• Experience managing payroll controls, scheduling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service success across locations.
• Drive profitability and performance improvements for assigned portfolio.
• Review payroll, revenue, and expenses per location monthly.
• Forecast staffing levels to meet client service standards.
• Collaborate with Regional/District managers and client staff.
• Ensure Towne Park standards and client service metrics are met.
