Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; multi-site or supervisory preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.
• Experience managing property financials and budgets.
• Proficient in property management software (AppFolio/Tenant Tech/PropertyMELD) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, enforce policies, monitor occupancy and rent collections.
• Review financial reports, KPIs, budgets, and assist with capital planning.
• Supervise and mentor Leasing Agents and site teams; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate on leasing, marketing strategies, pricing adjustments, and online reputation management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations; oversee audits and resident/legal matters.
• Partner with maintenance on work orders, turnover, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
