Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency seeks a Float Program Coordinator III to coordinate shelter services across CRP and HYS. The role travels between multiple sites and supports daily operations, data collection and volunteer coordination.

The position is grant-funded, full-time, with annual renewal based on funding. The team emphasizes trauma-informed care and client-centered services, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in social services, public health, or related field.
• Two years of case management or social service experience.
• Advanced degree with three or more years of homeless service delivery is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the daily operations of program services, including housekeeping, laundry, kitchen and supportive services.
• Responsible for financial tracking, inventory, purchasing and ordering supplies, and purchase reconciliation.
• Maintains client records and HMIS data and reports.
• Trains staff, volunteers and interns; supports policy adherence and program planning.
• Coordinates enrichment opportunities and expansion of shelter services.
• Ensures safety standards and licensing compliance; collaborates with partners.
