Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is seeking a Behavioral Health Coordinator II to provide lead case management within ARCHES sheltering programs. The role focuses on behavioral health leadership, clinical guidance to staff, and crisis intervention support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with current Oregon licensure.
• Two years related social services experience including case management and program coordination or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Performs needs assessments and develops comprehensive support plans for designated clients.
• Performs risk assessments and guides program management on results.
• Collaborates with Program Director to create and modify assessment curricula.
• Sits in on leadership meetings to provide insights on incidents.
• Maintains detailed case notes and resident files for review.
• Coordinates and leads life skills workshops for residents.
• Employs de-escalation techniques and makes quick decisions during incidents.
• Supports staff adherence to safety policies.
• Leads monthly resident support groups using evidence-based behavioral health strategies.
• Reports to Program Director for clinical oversight.
