Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from accredited 4-year university or equivalent.
• This role requires 8+ years professional experience, with 5+ years in Practice Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational functions of multiple practices of smaller scale / complexity at BT Health.
• Leads staffing, clinical schedules and practice workflows.
• Implements centralized initiatives, analyzes practice data and develops solutions for gaps / opportunities.
• Drives team performance and KPIs including Productivity, Cost containment, Quality and Patient Satisfaction.
• Supports change management and builds a patient-oriented culture across practices.
